- 1985 - Became leading distributor of various reputed companies
- 1986 - Started Manufacturing plant in Okhla with Tablet, Capsule & Liquid Sections
- 1988 - Acquired retail pharmacy shop in front of AIIMS-SDM
- 1990 - Acquired bigger manufacturing facility at Faridabad with Tablet, Capsule, Liquid, Dry Syrup, Dry Powder Injection, Liquid Injection Sections
- 1995 - Brawn Biotech listed on BSE; First public issue
- 2000 - Different Blocks Betalactum; Non betalactum; Cepha Block; Parenteral Block started
2001-2005
- 2001 - WHO-GMP Certificate Received
- 2002 - Initiated Export operations
- 2004 - Capacity Enhancement of Different lines to meet increased demand
- 2005 - Operational office established in Peru
2006–2010
- 2006 - Established office in Vietnam, Hanoi
- 2008 - Star Export House Certification received
- 2010 - Received Plant approvals from Ghana, Iraq & Afghanistan
2011-2015
- 2011 - Introduction of new Formulation Technologies – PFS & Lyophilized
- 2012 - Established new offices – Myanmar, Cambodia
- 2014 - Received Plant approvals from Zimbabwe, Ethiopia, Ivory Coast & Yemen
- 2015 - Sai Medicos started
2016-2019
- 2016 - R&D- API And DF Operations started
- 2017 - Received Plant Approvals from Tanzania, South Sudan, Kenya
- 2017 - Foil printing facility(Shashi Prints) started
- 2018 - Ayush approved Herbal manufacturing facility (Brawn Cosmetics & herbal Pvt. Ltd.) started;
- 2018 - DSIR Approval received at R&D
- 2019 - Achoo 2in1 receives Best Innovative Product of the Year by Dainik Bhaskar grp
- 2019 - Established new offices – Kenya, Philippines & Nigeria
